DukanParts.com is a UAE‑registered e‑commerce store serving the GCC (UAE, KSA, QA, KW, BH, OM). By accessing the site and placing orders, you agree to the terms below.

1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of DukanParts.com (the “Website”) and any purchase you make from us (“Services”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian permission.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3) Products, Fitment & Availability

• We offer genuine and OEM‑equivalent (aftermarket) parts sourced from trusted suppliers.
• Images, specifications, and availability are provided in good faith and may vary slightly from the final product.
• Fitment: You are responsible for ensuring the part fits your vehicle. Share your VIN with support and we’ll help verify fitment before you order.
• Right‑Part Guarantee: If the part doesn’t fit, we’ll make it right with replacement or refund in line with our policy.
• We may limit quantities or cancel orders if a product is unavailable or mislisted.

4) Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully authorized through our payment gateway(s).
• We accept major debit/credit cards and regional online payments. Additional verification may be required to prevent fraud.
• If a transaction is flagged or cannot be verified, we may cancel and refund the order.

5) Pricing, Currency & Taxes

• Prices are displayed in AED or other supported GCC currencies. Currency selection and exchange rates may affect final totals.
• We strive for accurate pricing but may correct errors at any time. If a price error is discovered after your order, we will contact you to confirm the corrected price or cancel with a full refund.
• Taxes, duties, and any import/clearance fees are your responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

6) Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across the GCC via reputable couriers. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin after order confirmation.
• Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
• Please inspect parcels upon receipt and notify us promptly of any damage or discrepancy.

7) Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Certain items (e.g., electrical parts, special orders) may be non‑returnable; see product page or contact support.
• To start a return, contact support with your order number. Return shipping instructions and approval are required before sending items back.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we made an error.

8) Limited Warranty & Disclaimers

• Products may carry the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. We do not provide additional warranties beyond those required by law.
• Installation should be performed by qualified technicians. We are not liable for damage arising from improper installation, misuse, or modification.
• Except as required by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dukan Parts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product related to the claim.

10) Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (logos, text, graphics, images) is owned by or licensed to Dukan Parts and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

11) Prohibited Uses

• Using the Website for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
• Interfering with security features, scraping data, or attempting to breach systems.

12) Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

13) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, government actions, labor disputes, internet outages, courier disruptions).

15) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the UAE, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
